Ansett Australia – Queue

In 1982, there were two major domestic airlines in Australia: Ansett and TAA. The latter flew some heavy A300s on domestic flights, but not Ansett. In this commercial, they took pride in their smaller planes and frequent flights. I like commercials with white backgrounds. You can just forget about the background and focus on the annoyed faces of people waiting for the flight to board (instead of taking a seat in the departure lounge). As for the “computerized central check-in system”… I wonder if that’s just simply what airlines use today!
